I have been using these 2 products for a week and at first I didn't think they worked to well. Now I love how clean my teeth feel and the bad breath that you have in the morning is gone. YEAH!!! Now if you are looking for that minty fresh taste, well look some where else, because the toothpaste and oral rinse has no flavor. It is very different from the toothpaste you are use to. You put it on a dry toothbrush and you do not rinse with water. After you use the oral rinse you have to wait 5 mins before eating and drinking anything. I can see now a difference in my mouth.
